Formula to Shelf sells digital products (downloadable files) and a paid consulting call. Payments are processed by Stripe. The legal seller is shown on your receipt.
Files are delivered immediately after payment on the confirmation page and remain available at the same link. Products are licensed for use by the purchaser in their own brand projects; they may not be resold or redistributed.
If a digital product is not useful to you, reply to your receipt within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full. For the Feasibility Call, cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice are refunded in full; rescheduling is free.
